Gyms become closed, group exercise is suddenly seen as a liability, cortisol levels are high as stress eating becomes a regular coping mechanism for you, your friends, and your family. A few months have gone by and you find yourself weighing 5, 10, 15, or 20 pounds heavier than you were before. You may have stopped exercising all together.
I will help you by creating customized exercise plans that fit your busy schedule. I will also help you review your food habits and come up with healthy eating strategies to optimize your health.
